| Program Philosophy |
| Our goal is to provide a variety of both quiet and active periods to be enjoyed by the children enrolled in the YMCA's school age program. Activities are conducted both individually and within a group under the supervision of a caring and trained staff. |
| Staff are chosen and trained to provide a safe, interesting, and nurturing environment for the age group to which they are assigned. Age appropriate rules and activities are designed to meet the specific needs of the children enrolled in the program. |
| Parents are strongly encouraged and reminded to visit classes at anytime; volunteer, and to be involved in the program and with other parents in the program through various activities and group meetings. |

| Ages 5-12 years |
| A great opportunity for your child to participate in tutoring, sports, games, swimming, gym and more. Program operates according to Fitchburg Public School calendar and offers Full Day coverage snow days and on most closings or vacation days. |

| Child Care Programs are licensed by the Department of Early Education and Child Care. Advanced registration is required for all child care programs. |
| Branch Locations |
| Cleghorn Sq. Branch: 40 Fairmount St., Fitchburg - Provides services for South Street, Reingold, and Memorial Schools. |
| Wallace Avenue Branch: 55 Wallace Ave., Fitchburg - Provides service for all other Fitchburg Schools. |
Before School program held at the Wallace Avenue facility: Opens at 6:30 AM
After School program ends at 5:30 PM |
