Attend unlimited adult aerobic fitness classes with no extra fee with a YMCA membership.

Absolutely Abs:
Intense abdominal exercises for core muscle strength and toned abs.

Adults on the  Move:
A fun total-conditioning workout. Aerobics, balance, toning, and stretching all done to great music. A fitness class for all levels.

Belly Dancing:
Get fit without even knowing you’re exercising.This Middle Eastern art form is great for loosening and lengthening the spine, getting in shape before and after pregnancy and developing poise. Instructor Judith Sayegh, known professionally as Shazar, has been belly dancing for 40 years.

Boot Camp:
Cardio training drills as well as strength training.
A class designed to increase your stamina and tone the entire body.

Group Cycling:
An exciting fitness and athletic training program conducted on stationary cycles using a variety of music. A non-impact aerobic workout to achieve cardio conditioning and to burn maximum amount of calories.

Interval Circuit:
A unique class that alternates aerobic segments and toning intervals keeping the heart rate elevated to keep burning fat even during the toning intervals. This class uses steps, weights, bands, and jump ropes for a varied workout.

Cardio Kick Boxing
High intensity workout using all major muscle groups combining kicks, punches & Martial Arts moves.

Member's Choice:
Members may request their choice of what class they want. The instructor will teach whatever the majority of PUMP 101: the class wants. Body sculpting for members who are looking for a beginner Power Pump class that will aid in their weight loss goals and to gain strength. Using the Power Pump plate-loaded barbells, members choose the weights they are comfortable with. In this instructor led class, members learn the importance of resistance training.

Muscle Madness:
A fabulous full body toning class that uses a variety of equipment and techniques. A complete conditioning class for muscle strength and endurance.

Pump 101:
Body sculpting for members who are looking for a beginner Power Pump class that will aid in their weight loss goals and to gain strength. Using the Power Pump plate-loaded barbells, members choose the weights they are comfortable with. In this instructor led class, members learn the importance of resistance training.

Power Pump:
A more advanced body sculpting resistance training using plateloaded barbells allowing each person to choose their weights. Choreographed to high energy hit songs. Great class for losing weight.

Power Sculpt:
A muscular strength and endurance workout using bands, free weights, barbells and your own body's resistance. All major muscle groups will be targeted.

Tred Trekking:
Treadmill classes aren’t just for runners! Challenging to all levels. This 45 minute training session is set to music, utilizes interval training, and invites every level of fitness to succeed. Participants use the treadmill for a challenging, yet easy to follow workout.

Teen Strength Training:
For teens, ages 13-16. Supervised strength training to teach teens proper techniques in Strength Equipment, Cardiovascular Equipment and Free-Weights.*

Seniors on the Move:
A fun total-conditioning workout. Aerobics, balance, toning and stretching all done to big band music. A fitness class for those who know it’s never too late to be fit.

Silver Sneakers®, Muscle Strength: Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and skills required during activities for daily living (ADLs). A chair is used for seated or standing support.

Step Kickboxing:
Step aerobics with kickboxing moves for a maximum cardiovascular workout.

Step & Tone:
A combination of Step Aerobics, strength training exercises and cool-down stretches.

Swimnastics:
Water exercises and conditioning program. Especially great for seniors.

Yoga:
* Note: Our yoga classes are designed to condition you progressively and should be taken in the order given, beginning with "Introduction to Yoga".

1. Introduction to Yoga: For new students or those who would like a refresher class. Students will learn basic poses with an emphasis on alignment and proper breathing.

2. Gentle Yoga: Gentle Yoga postures combined with movement to increase range of motion, flexibility and balance. Breathing and relaxation techniques are demonstrated. Great for seniors, beginners and those with limited disabilities.

3. Inner Strength Yoga: A moderately-paced class for students with previous Yoga experience. Students will be led into various Yoga postures that will increase strength, balance and flexibility.

4. Pilates:
Focusing on strengthening the “powerhouse” (abs and buttocks) to execute the exercises that are designed to increase flexibility, strengthen muscles and improve posture. Pilate’s involves concentration and coordination of breath and movement, thereby helping to balance mind and body.

Parent/Child Yoga:
Share your love for yoga with your family. This class will include yoga poses, animated breathing exercises, and soothing relaxation techniques.
