Voulunteer Leadership
The Montachusett Regional YMCA is governed by our Board of Directors that consists of volunteers from throughout the Fitchburg area community. Our Board of Directors sets policy for our executive, who manages the operation with a staff of full-time and part-time employees and volunteer leaders.
